WE CENTRE OURSELVES IN GOD=S LIGHT

WE GATHER TO WORSHIP

CALL TO WORSHIP:

Bring us together, O God, as a shepherd gathers the flock.

Your care for us is wholehearted.

Sustain us, O God, in the testing situations of life.

We would devote ourselves to learning and praying.  We seek to live in genuine community.

There are tasks for all of glad and generous heart.  Find strength in this hour to follow Jesus' steps.

Praise God for this time apart;  praise God for refreshment and renewal.

HYMN:           God Is Here ! 389

PRAYER OF APPROACH:   God of signs and wonders, open our eyes to the marvellous evidence of your care for us.  Open our ears to hear the voice of the Good Shepherd calling us by name.  Link us with one another in a true community of caring, in which the needs of each are the concern of all.  Shower your goodness and mercy on all who gather here, that we may be equipped to share your blessing, now, and in the days to come.  Gracious God hear our prayer:  Our Father...
