History: Trinity’s Celebration Tree was created as a fund raising event and will be an enduring reminder of the 150th Anniversary of Trinity United Church in Collingwood.
The Celebration Tree was Funded by:
The funds generated through the sale of the 1000 Leaves, 17 Apples, Branches and Trunk have been earmarked for the exterior restoration of the Church such as brick re-pointing and repairs as well as the refurbishing of Trinity’s Pipe Organ. Other projects such as the 150th Anniversary project will also be funded through this campaign. The Celebration Tree was officially dedicated on October 26, 2003.  Locating the Tree: Trinity’s Celebration Tree has been placed on the wall in the main foyer, just outside Hunter hall. At this location it is believed that Trinity’s Celebration Tree will be a constant reminder of the various reasons we choose to celebrate and for all to see. You can contribute to this fund through the purchase or pledge of a Leaf, celebrating and recording an event in your life or for a person important to you and your family or to the community. Branches and Apples are also available for those who may wish to make a larger contribution to Trinity’s fund raising event. Installing the Celebration Tree: Bill Nicholson installed the tree. Thank you Bill for the dedication and time invested to install the Tree including all Leaves and Apples.

Purchase or Pledge: A Pledge is as good as a Purchase as it reserves a place for you on Trinity’s Celebration Tree.
How to Celebrate: Leaves are $100 each – There is room for 3 lines of text to a maximum of 20 characters per line. Apples are $500 each – Apples have 5 lines and the maximum is 25 characters each line. Branches are $1250 – 5 lines, similar to apples
