In November, 2023, I will be hiking 100km to one of the highest active volcanoes in the world, Cotopaxi, Ecuador. This will be a rough, mountain-terrain trek, at extreme altitudes, in aid of victims of domestic violence across Canada, especially in aid of my local women's shelter, My Friend's House, in Collingwood, ON.
